Financial Rights & Awareness Foundation (FRAF) · Effective: 14 July 2026

By accessing or using services provided by Financial Rights & Awareness Foundation (FRAF), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before availing our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of our website, portals, and advisory services constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

  • FRAF is a Section 8 non-profit Company registered under Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U88900ME2026NPL475718).
  • We provide professional advisory services in credit correction, legal guidance, RBI complaint filing, DRT case documentation, property disputes and funding readiness.
  • FRAF is not a bank, NBFC, credit bureau, or lending institution.
  • We do not guarantee loan approval, credit score improvement, dispute resolution outcome, or legal case success. Outcomes depend on merit, third-party decisions, and applicable laws.

3. Customer Obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
  • Cooperate throughout the service delivery period.
  • Not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent or unethical purpose.
  • Pay agreed professional fees as per the quotation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Advisory fees are quoted upfront in writing before service engagement.
  • Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • Payment terms and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • All payments must be made via legitimate banking channels — UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or approved payment gateway.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the FRAF website — including text, graphics, logos, reports, AI-generated analyses, methodology, product codes, and documentation — is the intellectual property of FRAF. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or reverse-engineering is prohibited.

6. AI Assistance Disclaimer

Our AI-powered analysis tools provide educational insights and recommendations only. AI outputs must be reviewed and validated by a human advisor before any financial or legal decision. FRAF is not liable for outcomes based solely on AI outputs.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (Credit Bureaus, RBI portals, banks, payment gateways, Google, WhatsApp, cloud storage, AI providers). Each operates under its own terms; FRAF is not responsible for third-party failures or policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • FRAF’s liability is limited to the professional fee paid for the specific service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by banks, credit bureaus, government authorities, courts, natural disasters, cyber attacks or force majeure events.

9. Termination

FRAF reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the customer breaches these terms, provides false information, misuses our platform, or attempts fraudulent activity. Refunds in such cases are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

11. Grievance Redressal

For complaints, please email info@frafindia.org or call +91 83293 74554. We aim to resolve grievances within 15 working days.

12. Amendments

FRAF may amend these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amendments.
